Additionally, it integrates commercial data from CreditorWatch, a leading Commercial Credit Bureau with  company data sourced from ASIC (the Australian Securities Investment Commission) in real time at the point of sale of a Builder Report. The system is designed to refresh data via live feeds from third-party API datasets, ensuring a comprehensive and up-to-date data environment.

Artificial intelligence analyzes, collates and presents complex data from its multiple database sources to generate actionable insights for the Consumer. AI algorithms optimize data processing for speed and accuracy, enabling real-time analytics and decision-making support to help inform Consumers about their preferred Builder.

The data in SmartBuilder is refreshed in accordance with each of the individual data sources refresh rates. For example ASIC data is refreshed weekly, CreditorWatch data is refreshed daily and Building Authorities range between monthly to quarterly refresh schedules ensuring you have access to the most up to date data available, enabling informed decisions about your Builder today!
